What LocumPilot is
LocumPilot is a productivity, record-keeping and professional reference platform for UK locum pharmacists.
Information you add
LocumPilot stores the information you choose to provide. Depending on which features you use, this may include profile details, shift records, invoices, mileage logs, expenses and receipts, compliance document uploads, tasks and calendar entries, health tool logs, Pharmacy First consultation records, and feedback or support messages. Account login details are handled securely through Supabase Auth and are not stored in plain text.
OTC Hub and Articles
The OTC Hub and Articles area are professional reference tools for pharmacists. They do not require patient identifiable information to be entered. You must not enter any patient details, names, dates of birth or NHS numbers into these areas. LocumPilot does not capture or store patient consultation data.
Pharmacy directory
The pharmacy directory is based on publicly available pharmacy and NHS dispensing activity data. It is not live workload data and is not patient nomination data. It does not contain patient identifiable information.
Third-party integrations
When you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, LocumPilot stores OAuth tokens securely on the server to access your account on your behalf. Google Calendar integration creates calendar events for your shifts. Gmail integration searches and reads emails you select for shift extraction — email contents are processed in memory and are not stored. You can disconnect either integration at any time from the Shifts page, which revokes access and deletes stored tokens.
Storage and access
Application data and uploaded files are stored using Supabase. User-owned records and files are protected using authentication and row-level security where applicable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking invoices, mileage figures, expense records and exports before relying on them. LocumPilot does not replace professional judgement, local SOPs, NHS guidance, legal requirements or advice from a qualified accountant or solicitor.
Beta data requests
During beta, you can ask to access, correct or request deletion of your data by contacting support@locumpilot.co.uk. We will respond as promptly as possible.
