LocumPilot is currently provided as a beta service. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed.
What LocumPilot provides
LocumPilot is software for locum workflow support, record keeping, reference checks and exports. It does not provide tax, accountancy, audit, legal, financial or clinical advice. You must verify figures, records and exports with an appropriately qualified professional before relying on them.
Professional responsibility
You remain responsible for your professional judgement at all times. You must follow current NHS guidance, PGDs, local SOPs, SPCs, BNF/NICE guidance, GPhC standards and legal requirements where relevant. LocumPilot does not replace pharmacist judgement or professional indemnity responsibilities.
OTC Hub and Pharmacy First tools
The OTC Hub is a professional reference tool only. It does not diagnose conditions, automatically recommend treatment, or replace product licences, SPCs/PILs, BNF, NICE guidance, PGDs, local SOPs or current NHS guidance. Pharmacy First tools provide workflow, documentation and reference support only. Clinical responsibility remains with the pharmacist at all times.
Pharmacy directory
Pharmacy directory data is based on public pharmacy and NHS dispensing activity data where available. It is not live workload data and is not patient nomination data. It should not be used as the sole basis for employment, rota, commercial or clinical decisions.
Record keeping and exports
You are responsible for checking invoices, mileage logs, expenses, accountant exports and reports before using them. You should keep independent copies of important business records. LocumPilot is not a substitute for formal accountancy or legal record-keeping obligations.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and entering accurate information. You must not upload patient identifiable information unless a feature explicitly requires it and an appropriate lawful basis and process exists. For reference areas including the OTC Hub, Articles and pharmacy directory, patient identifiable data must not be entered.
Data processing
Application records and uploaded files are stored using Supabase and are subject to the safeguards described in the privacy notice. Optional integrations with Google services (Calendar, Gmail) use OAuth 2.0 with the minimum required permissions. Tokens are stored server-side and revoked on disconnect.
